Summary

Spec 026 (modular dev containers) T033. The local development setup page gets a short "Dev containers" section. It says the repo ships one profile per area (component, part, full), how to pick one in VS Code and Codespaces, and links the profile table in the main repo's docs/contributing.md. Text only, built with the existing DocsSectionList component and existing icons, so no design change is needed (spec 026 plan: Principle II exempt).

The anchor #dev-container-profiles goes live when GameplanePanel/Gameplane spec-026/docs merges.
