Uses integer division for the inter-warp PrefixSum range bound and checks that the AST cast warning is not emitted.
Originally reported in taichi-dev/taichi#8777. Thanks for carrying the codebase forward.
Checks: editable build; pre-commit; scan tests collected (22 skipped because CUDA is unavailable and Vulkan is excluded on macOS).
