Fix: Update CM.com github repo path

This PR fixed the Github reference from https://github.com/CMTelecom to https://github.com/cmdotcom-plugins.

The old Github organization hasn't been active for a long time, and keeping the link active opens this package up to a hostile takeover exploit.
(We are meanwhile in discussion with the current owner, a security researcher, to regain access to the old organization.)
