Closes #27
Adds
scripts/describe-transactions.mjsto discover and decode everytransactions/*.xdrfixture using the network passphrase recorded intransactions/index.json.The summary prints, per fixture, envelope type, source account, fee, sequence, memo, time bounds, and concise operation-specific fields. Fee-bump envelopes report the outer fee source/fee while decoding the inner transaction for source, sequence, memo, bounds, and operations. Decode failures are collected across all fixtures and make the command fail after reporting every bad file.
The repository currently has no committed npm dependencies and its existing PR CI invokes
npm run validate. To preserve that contract, the decoder bootstraps a pinned@stellar/stellar-sdk@17.1.0only when the SDK is absent, without saving a dependency or changing the lockfile.npm run validatenow includes the decoder, so the human-readable transaction summary appears in the existing CI validation log for every PR. A standalonenpm run describe:transactionsentry is also provided. This keeps new
.xdrfixtures automatically covered by directory discovery with no per-fixture script changes.
