Adopt issue-first workflow and Discord contact points #124

Description

@rennf93

Value this delivers

A contributor cannot merge a PR that does not close an open issue, every new issue states in one line the value it delivers, and first-time contributors are pointed at the Discord for questions. Releases and activity already stream to Discord via repo webhooks since 2026-08-28.

Components

  1. issue-link required status check (Closes #N for an open issue, or the no-issue label; bot authors exempt), added to the master ruleset.
  2. Issue forms (bug, feature, docs) with a required "Value this delivers" first field, replacing the markdown templates.
  3. PR template starts with Delivers issue: #; labels.yml gains no-issue; config.yml and greetings.yml link the Discord.

Acceptance

A PR without an issue reference goes red on issue-link; adding Closes #N turns it green; the no-issue label turns it green without a reference.

Thanks for opening your first issue on fastapi-guard!

To help us triage quickly, please make sure your report includes:

    • A clear reproduction (a short FastAPI app or failing test is ideal)
    • Output of python --version && uv --version
    • The Python version range supported (>=3.10,<3.15) and which version you're on
    • pip show fastapi guard-core fastapi-guard (or equivalent) so we can see installed versions
    • Operating system, ASGI server (uvicorn / hypercorn / daphne), and Redis configuration if relevant
    • Logs / tracebacks / middleware ordering details

    A few pointers:

Thanks again — a maintainer will be with you soon.
