I bumped the crate to 3.2.4 with
make bump-version(Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock), moved the README release line, and wrote the v3.2.4 CHANGELOG entry covering the persistence fix merged in #54. The bump script placed its CHANGELOG scaffold in the wrong spot, so I wrote the entry by hand at the top.
