The first Context7 refresh (run 39151886249, on the v1.7.0 release) failed with
curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 400.Cause: Context7 moved the library.
GET https://context7.com/api/v1/rennf93/guard-core-mcpanswers 404 with "Library /rennf93/guard-core-mcp has been redirected to this library: /guard-core/guard-core-mcp.", and/guard-core/guard-core-mcpanswers 200./guard-core/guard-core-mcp.--fail-with-body, so the next failure prints the error message instead of only the status code.
