Bumps certifi 2026.7.22 to 2026.10.19 in
uv.lock, which closes Dependabot alert #15 (GHSA-6q48-6c7w-9gw2, critical).uv lock --upgrade-package certifimoves nothing else.Checked:

safety, a dev dependency.uv.lockhas locked 3.14.4 since chore(deps): bump aiohttp from 3.14.3 to 3.14.4 #90. The dependency graph SBOM still reportspkg:pypi/aiohttp@3.14.3, so I expect this lockfile push to make it re-read the lock; I'll check the alerts after the merge.
