rustls 0.23.45 is affected by RUSTSEC-2026-0346, RUSTSEC-2026-0347, RUSTSEC-2026-0348 and RUSTSEC-2026-0349, so the Security Audit workflow (
cargo audit) fails on every run. 0.23.46 fixes all four. The lockfile diff is the rustls version and checksum only. Locallycargo auditandcargo deny checkboth exit 0.
