Post-merge master CI showed Publish Containerized Demo failing: the Dockerfile runs uv sync --extra dev --frozen but uv.lock is not committed to the repo, so uv aborts with Unable to find lockfile. This failure predates the 1.0.0 merge (the same line exists on the pre-merge Dockerfile). Dropping --frozen lets uv resolve normally at build time.
