目的
闭环「影响可解释」的最后一块：
docs/experiment-results.md里每个数字此前只在作者本机有原始记录，评审无法溯源。本 PR 把全部原始数据入库。变更
data/experiments/：19 个原始文件（逐轮 jsonl + 汇总 csv）——exp1–19 三组对照 3 批次、补充实验（20-block 证伪 / token 口径对照）、batch3–5（三协议横向 / 断点数 / 20 轮长对话成本）、TTL 双档、E20–E29 覆盖实验、E30–E34 进阶实验data/README.md：文件 → 实验编号溯源表 + 字段口径说明docs/experiment-results.md：头部加原始数据指针README.md：目录补data/.gitignore：data/改为只忽略运行时产物，放行本次入库的精选数据目录验证
文件逐字节来自采集当日（09-08/09-09）原始记录，未做数值修饰；两个 0 字节空文件已在 data/README.md 说明不入库原因。
