Use the direct HDCharts 3.0.0 Dokka URL in the agent migration prompt so agents can resolve package links without following redirects.

Checked
git diff --checkin both repositories, confirmed the migration files match withcmp, and verified the URL returns HTTP 200 with zero redirects usingcurl. Documentation-only change; Gradle checks were not run.
