Claude Sonnet 5.5 developed but with manual review and brief refactoring. Tested on live and license appears in generated codebases.

- gateway-api is being relicensed to MIT as per our expectations - Added MIT to the Controller OA license - generate-sdks now does more to make sure licenses are clear in all config/package metadata as needed Claude Sonnet 5.5 used to generate the sdks work. Code reviewed.

Claude Sonnet 5.5 used to explore solution for adding license. Originally tested on live but actually no need. Run locally against gateway-api.

Describe your changes
Added the MIT license as a template and will be copied into the resultant SDKs. Result is we distribute licensed SDKs. Subsequent issue needs to be raised with registry's SDKs but will only do that if this feature is approved.

No changes to codebases to force test problems. Though pest, phpstan, phpcs and lint run. Behat not run.
