Exercise Overview

This tutorial will teach you how to develop and deploy applications using Docker. You'll build a Docker Quiz Challenge - an interactive web application that tests your Docker knowledge with randomly selected questions and tracks scores in a MongoDB database.

This project includes:

• Frontend: Interactive quiz interface with 5 randomly selected Docker MCQ questions from a pool of 10
• Backend: Node.js Express server handling quiz submissions and scoring
• Database: MongoDB storing player scores and leaderboard
• Admin UI: Mongo Express for viewing database records in real-time

Learning Objectives

By the end of this tutorial, you'll understand:

• How to run containers with docker run
• How to create custom Docker networks
• How to link containers together
• How to use Docker Compose to orchestrate multi-container applications
