Comprehensive improvements to reliability, performance, and infrastructure for emergency response coordination.

Changes

Issue #746: ErrorBoundary + CrashRecovery + OTel Linkage

  • ErrorBoundary.tsx: React error boundary with cascade failure recovery
  • telemetry.ts: OpenTelemetry integration for error tracking
  • Blob-worker failure isolation prevents blocking the UI
  • Automatic recovery resets with exponential backoff
  • W3C trace context linking for debugging

Issue #745: FCP/LCP Regression from Hero Video

  • useVideoPerformance.ts: RAF throttling hook with frame drop tracking
  • Poster image preloading for faster LCP
  • Lazy loading attributes on video elements
  • Codec type detection and optimization
  • Responsive loading based on connection speed (saveData API)

Issue #754: GraphQL Subscriptions Transport

  • subscriptions.ts: Multi-transport subscription manager
  • WebSocket, HTTP/2 Push, and Redis PubSub support
  • Message ordering guarantees across transports
  • Automatic failover between transports
  • Per-subscription metrics and monitoring

Issue #755: Soroban State Bloat Economics

  • soroban-state-mgmt.ts: State lifecycle and cost management
  • Footprint growth tracking and rate limiting
  • Archive TTL enforcement (180 days)
  • Automatic cleanup when exceeding 1MB soft limit
  • Maintainer vault rent subsidy monitoring
  • Cost estimation based on storage footprint

Testing

  • ErrorBoundary: catches React errors, recovers from cascades
  • Video optimization: measures frame drops, tracks metrics
  • Subscriptions: validates ordering across transport types
  • Soroban state: enforces limits, warns on subsidy depletion
