Problem
docs/evaluation.md still stated that the context pack removes overlapping same-file candidates, which merged #480 replaced with narrowing to the longest uncovered source lines.
Change
Document the current contract: fully covered hits contribute nothing, partially covered hits keep their novel lines; ranking, file diversity, origin promotion, and definition lookup order are unchanged.
