For the named hosihikari-csharp package, this invariant states the consumer-package format rather than the loader-package format: pack.ps1 generates entry Hosihikari.PluginLoader.CSharp.dll with extraInfo.loader: assembly, while csharp/main.cs belongs to source packages such as Hello. An agent following this root instruction during packaging work could produce a loader package that cannot bootstrap and register the C# loader.

At this commit, the complete tracked-file list contains pack.ps1 but no pack.sh, so this repository map directs agents toward a packaging script they cannot run or inspect. Either add the promised shell wrapper or list only pack.ps1.
