lets do prerelease if branch is main, if branch is not main then prerelease-{branchName}.

.github/workflows/prerelease.ymlfor themainandrefactorbranches.The workflow:
1.0.0-<last six characters of the commit hash>.prereleaseformainandprerelease-refactorforrefactor.Spec
Implement the missing prerelease mechanism based on the existing main-branch prerelease workflow. The
mainbranch uses theprereleasetag; other branches useprerelease-<branch>, with a tarball and executables for each platform.Verification
Passed locally:
bun install --frozen-lockfilebun run typecheckbunx prettier --check .github/workflows/prerelease.ymlbun run buildbun pm pack --destination /tmp --ignore-scriptsbun run compileThe compile step produced all six expected platform executables.
The custom version was also validated in a tarball and compiled Linux executable.
