Documentation only; no code, workflow or version change. It documents the released 0.1.0.

  • docs/lammps.md (new): build the LAMMPS fork (git clone --depth 1 -b grace-runtime) for CPU, CUDA and HIP, including -D GRACE_BLAS=OFF on HPE Cray systems; get a model; run a first input; what you should see.
  • docs/installation.md: Windows through WSL2.
  • README.md, docs/index.md, mkdocs.yml: link the LAMMPS page.

Check: mkdocs build --strict passes; the links to the fork's pair_grace_runtime.rst and pair_pace_runtime.rst resolve.

…through WSL2

Documentation for the 0.1.0 release, published ahead of the next release:
- docs/lammps.md: clone the LAMMPS fork with --depth 1, build recipes for CPU, CUDA and
  HIP (with -D GRACE_BLAS=OFF on HPE Cray systems), get a model, run a first input;
- installation: WSL2 on Windows;
- README, index and mkdocs nav link the new page.

A docs-only pull request built and tested all CPU and CUDA wheels (about an hour of runners) for no code change.
GCC 11 builds GRACE-3L about 37 % slower, GCC 9 up to 6.6x slower (one thread, bcc W).
