The GitHub webhook targets the pacemaker Read the Docs project, which successfully built master commit db9e4f7. Update README links and the MkDocs canonical site URL to pacemaker.readthedocs.io; python-ace.readthedocs.io is an obsolete separate project. Validation: mkdocs build --strict passed. This is a documentation-only follow-up to #108.
