Remove building/publishing instructions from the official documentation and search index, retaining maintainer procedures only in .github/RELEASING.md. Reduce installation to the validated environment, pip installation, basic verification, and a short CPU/GPU note. Remove development, CI, validation-history, and internal troubleshooting details from the user guide. Validation: mkdocs build --strict passed; rendered installation is 112 words, and no publishing page, workflow instructions, or credential details appear in site search.
