Extend the release wheel matrix to Linux x86-64, macOS Apple Silicon, and macOS Intel, with native build-and-install smoke tests on each architecture. Normal CI builds Python 3.12 on all three platforms; manual releases build Python 3.9–3.13 on each platform. Release validation now requires exactly the complete interpreter/platform matrix (15 wheels for a full release) plus one source distribution before any upload. The 0.4.0 publishing run was cancelled before upload to include the requested macOS wheels. No public user-documentation expansion is included. Local validation: actionlint passed; coverage checks accept complete 3/15-wheel sets and reject missing Apple Silicon wheels. Native macOS build validation runs in this PR.
