Use pip install --upgrade python-ace and let the GRACE package select TensorFlow and Keras. Retain only numpy<2.4, which is still needed for fitting with the current GRACE PyPI release. Present Python 3.12 as an environment example rather than a fixed requirement.

Validation: strict MkDocs build and whitespace checks passed. Resolving the broader recipe from current PyPI metadata selects python-ace 0.4.0, tensorpotential 0.6.2.1, TensorFlow 2.20.0, tf-keras 2.20.1, and NumPy 2.3.5, matching the previously verified PyPI installation and fitting test.
