Python3 Script not working

The python3 script for the API does not work. I do have a valid API Key and whitelisted my IP, however the request does only return the main webpage html. Therefor the code does fail at line 39, upon trying to parse the response into a json.

No, I just ended up scraping the data out of the html ...
