新增ADLX作为首选的AMD GPU信息采集后端，用于替代传统ADL接口，修复RDNA4系列显卡传感器无数据返回的问题。同时保留原有ADL作为降级方案，在非RDNA4显卡或ADLX初始化失败时自动回退使用。
