Regional terrain can report negative elevation inside reclaimed land when shoreline imagery is still warming. Routing now rejects mapped OSM land independently of imagery readiness and checks the swept footprint before accepting coastal and port corridors.
A bounded mapped detour connects the same course target around a peninsula before choosing a local goal. Numeric terrain still establishes depth. Reachable exits are ranked first, exhausted checked detours wait for renewal, and date-line queries cover both longitude windows. Missing land data holds planning.
Validation: 41 routing tests passed, including thin barriers, disconnected exits, initial distance loss around a peninsula, missing data and date-line coverage. A captured LIVE region and a fresh regional job both produced a land-free replacement; the first regional leg has at least 4 m numeric clearance. English and Korean usage documentation is aligned.
