Description

Locale and regional options should be part of the inputs so they can be used through template of the components.

This applies to all components, not only grid updating

Steps to reproduce

1. Download the attachment
2. npm install
3. npm start

Result

Error is thrown.

Expected result

No error thrown and locales applied correctly
