Some hidden tabs are not visible in the list if there are a lot of tabs

Description

If there are a lot of tabs, "More tabs" icon is displayed. When it is clicked, a popup list is displayed that shows the hidden tabs. However, the popup is currently not scrollable so not all the tabs are visible there.
