Syncs the Japanese xplat documentation with the latest English change.

Summary of change
The English source fixed an unclosed (link) tag inside an HTML code sample ((link rel="stylesheet" href="./assets/themes/light/bootstrap.css")). The Japanese file had the identical unclosed tag; applied the same fix verbatim (no prose translation needed since this is inside a code block).
Note: the most recent commit's git diff --name-only HEAD~1 HEAD listed many other docs/xplat/src/content/en/ files due to the shallow clone boundary, but per the GitHub API commit patch, only components/grid-lite/theming.mdx had a genuine content diff in commit 3f19928 (fix(grid-lite): the theme link was unclosed #519).
