Source discovery can propose subcapabilities as new features when its bounded baseline omits existing entries. Add a separate Codex boundary review that always includes the complete formal catalog, retains primary reviews, and leaves unresolved duplicates or aliases unknown. Successful scan checkpoints remain reusable, and exhausted content repairs retain their attempt counts.

Parallel depth campaigns now bind and copy the original completed discovery record, checking the actual merged catalog and report before dispatch. Modules and knowledge stages also accept explicit unlimited GLM-5.3/Codex subscription runs; ordinary budgets and checkpoint identities remain unchanged.

Prepared publication retries replay primary and supplemental native archives before pushing. Missing or tampered archives block publication without rewriting retained proofs or prepared changes.

Validation: 298 combined focused cases passed, followed by 115 discovery cases including four new missing/tampered archive regressions. Independent review completed; strict SPEC, document links, citations, and diff checks passed. No generated knowledge pages or coverage targets are changed by this PR.
