Revised lab note addressing all feedback from the previous review: clearer distinction between the original Banister sports-science framework and its experimental vocal fatigue adaptation, recovery estimation reframed as a model-derived signal level estimate rather than physiological recovery, reduced autobiographical framing with a new "What Changed" section, quantified engineering outcomes (test coverage 60% to 93%, 44 tests across 8 files), and softened the novelty claim to avoid overstating validation.
