Clarification of CR10S Pro (v1) support

I have a CR10S Pro (retroactively named v1). I am looking to verify support for my printer. The first above link is broken and the second one points to my machine. But I thought "CR10S Pro" stood for "CR10 Smart Pro" so aren't those the same thing? Perhaps I am misreading "CR10S Pro / V2" as both v1 and v2 when it actually means only v2.

Can anyone clarify?

Note that when I install the hex file for CR10S Pro v1 (Hex Files/10SPro_BIL_DW7.4.7.hex.zip) the firmware shows 2 extruders on the "refuel" page and neither of them functions properly, though "feed" and "retract" through OctoPrint works fine.

There is a separate file for CR10S Pro V2 (Hex Files/10SProV2_BIL_DW7.4.7.hex.zip) so the problem is not a v1/v2 ambiguity issue.
