Bumps Chisel from 0.16.1 to 0.17.0 after the Python 0.15.1 parity work merged in a84e18c (#2).
Cargo.tomlandCargo.locknow say 0.17.0.chisel --versionand MCPserverInfo.versionboth readCARGO_PKG_VERSION, so they follow the crate version. README and the docs do not hardcode 0.16.1.CHANGELOG.mdrecords the stdio MCP framing, the flags and directory scopes, Java, Kotlin, C#, Swift, and C++ test detection,chisel migrate,CHISEL_DEP_EXTRACTOR, and the large-tree speed work. The benchmark tables are the measured Python-large and Rust-large columns fromscripts/benchmark_results.md..github/workflows/publish.ymlis unchanged. The v0.16.1 tag run already builtx86_64-unknown-linux-musl,aarch64-apple-darwin,x86_64-apple-darwin, andx86_64-pc-windows-msvc, and the GitHub release has those four assets. This pull request does not push a tag.Test plan
