What this changes

Six owner-listed edits to index.html, nothing else:

1. The glossary results header is a full sentence: "This answer comes from the fixed function-first engine, not a chatbot."
2. The instruments section names each tool and says what it checks: Gap Check, Priority Tracer, Framework Audit, Continuity Audit. The Library link and the result-ceiling sentence stay.
3. The top "Read the architecture" link is removed; the BespokeNode card's "Walk the architecture, top to bottom" link stays.
4. "The author" becomes first person on the home page.
5. The BespokeNode card names two of the four invariants: approve exact output, never just the plan; and no automatic restart.
6. The OpenMirror card links the crosswalk once.

Nothing about unpublished work was added. That remains an open owner decision.

One consequential change outside the list, made on the owner's separate go: governance/harnesses/verify-home-surface.js pinned the old third-person phrase from item 4 and now pins the first-person sentence, still rejecting any wording that calls the crosswalk an accepted state.

Verification

• Local gates green (home surface, run-all, theme gate, navigation, return navigation, six-signal surface).
• CI passed on the branch head (run on d966b52).
• Diff: one file for the edits, one file for the gate.
