DCCP implementation, with the DCCP checksum over the IP pseudo-header #2489
Description
DCCP is a NotImplemented stub on main (pcapkit/protocols/transport/NotImplemented/dccp.py). This issue covers its implementation, including the DCCP checksum, which needs the IP pseudo-header.
Scope:
- DCCP header and option parsing, and make/read round trips.
- DCCP checksum verification and computation over the IP pseudo-header, built on
pcapkit.protocols.misc.checksum(from feat(protocols): add the IP_Pseudo pseudo-protocol for the IP pseudo-header (#2471) #2479).
Blocked until #2479 (IP_Pseudo) merges.

Wave 2: DCCP implementation, with its checksum, is moved into wave 2 (owner, 04:2x Z). Still blocked on #2479.

Still
blocked, but on a new condition. #2479 merged (a7d332147). DCCP's checksum has to use the opt-in flag and status that the checksum wave for #2470 and #2472–#2475 introduces, and that wave is in flight now. This unblocks when the wave's PR merges; starting DCCP sooner would invent a second design.JarryShaw commentedon Nov 1, 2026
Unblocked: #2543, the checksum wave, merged. Held one tick: about eight agents are running, so this large new protocol starts next sweep. The hold is for fan-out width, not a blocker.
