feat(const): ARPHRD declares __proto_dest__ so code=ARPHRD.X infers LinuxSLL #2533

Closed

Description

@JarryShaw

From #2527 (owner's answer to Q6). With LinuxSLL's ARPHRD registry in place, the class keyword code=ARPHRD.X still raises "no destination registry is known for enum type ARPHRD", whereas code=EtherType.X infers Link. Fix: add PROTO_DEST in pcapkit/vendor/linux/arphrd.py, regenerate pcapkit/const/linux/arphrd.py, and update EXPECTED in tests/vendor/test_vendor_proto_dest_2392_unit.py and ProtoDestDeclarationTests.

Blocked: this needs #2527's LinuxSLL registry, and unblocks when #2527 merges.

    Unblocked: #2527 merged, so LinuxSLL owns an ARPHRD-keyed __proto__. Dispatched.
