What is the purpose of your pull request?

  • fix — corrects a defect
  • feat — adds a feature
  • perf — changes performance, not behaviour
  • refactor — changes neither behaviour nor performance
  • test — tests only
  • docs — documentation only
  • ci — workflows or build tooling
  • release — bumps the version or rolls up a distribution
  • chore — anything else
  • const — regenerates constant or registry tables, members keeping their numeric values

Description of your pull request and other information

Part of #2490. A pure reorder to protocol-member-order.rst, covering pcapkit/protocols/link/arp.py (each address helper's reader and maker kept together, reader first) and pcapkit/protocols/link/l2tpv2.py (the second Methods banner dropped). An AST check confirms the member set and every member body are unchanged. Link files that other streams are editing now are deferred (LinuxSLL, the radiotap work).

…onvention (#2490)

- arp: keep each address helper's reader and maker together, reader first:
  _read_addr_resolve, _make_addr_resolve, _read_proto_resolve,
  _make_proto_resolve.
- l2tpv2: drop the second "Methods" banner, so id() sits in the one
  Methods section.

Pure move: member set, member ASTs and non-banner comments are unchanged.

Cross-review (Sonnet) of all four #2490 branches, this one at abe864d78: GOOD TO GO. The reviewer's AST checker finds identical module-level statements and, in every class, the same members with identical bodies; only the order differs, across arp.py and l2tpv2.py. The only non-reorder edit is a section-banner fix. Non-blocking points are the same as on #2522 and are raised on #2490.
