If the OP closes a post and uses the option to thank helpers, this PR automatically marks the latest message from any of the thanked helpers and marks that message as the solution with Answer Overflow.
If a sample- or accepted answer is posted to the QOTW answers channel, that one is marked as the solution with Answer Overflow as well (which can result in internal server errors in case the channel isn't indexed).
While the selected post isn't always the best answer, I think it's good to at least have some indication.
