The junit-platform-launcher artifact uses 1.x versioning, not 5.x. JUnit Platform 1.9.2 and JUnit Jupiter 5.9.2 are released together as part of the same JUnit 5.9.2 release train — they are already aligned. There is no 5.9.2 version of junit-platform-launcher.

Gradle 8.x no longer auto-includes the JUnit Platform launcher on the test classpath, causing the test task to fail with
