  • Desktop sidebar lists every page; no More group on desktop.
  • Android app 2.8.0: stays clear of the status bar, camera cutout and gesture bar on Android 15; a calmer phone Sessions page; updates itself from each release (docs/android.md, "Updates"; tools/publish-android.sh).

A plugin can now ship mods (docs/mods.md): one-file JavaScript modules with
register(on), whose handlers watch, rewrite or refuse events (prompt.submit,
approval.decide, command.run, server.event, ui.render) and draw badges,
status segments and panes through $. In the browser each mod runs in an
opaque-origin iframe with no network; in lectern console, in its own goja
runtime. Mods go through the same preview, consent and content pinning as
every plugin, under a new mods capability, and api: read|write for $.api.
lectern plugin new --mod scaffolds one. Version 2.8.0.
