Replaces raw channel ID fields in the setup planner and Settings with named selection lists grouped by Discord category. Preserves category and channel ordering, supports complete inventories beyond the first 50 channels, and retains selections through refreshes and failed requests.
Applies the supplied TypeCheck-channel-selection-fix.patch unchanged on its declared base, 27fe737.

The patch's bundled evidence records its original validation. Fresh browser reports and captures were written outside the checkout. Discord and provider adapters were synthetic; production behavior was not tested.
