Native TypeWright compilation now uses DSPy’s TypeSafe adapter while frozen execution and held-out evaluation retain the direct SDK backend. The owner approved this compile-only boundary in #91; importing TypeWright or loading/running a frozen program still does not import DSPy or GEPA.

The verified wrapper submits complete native signatures and preserves full SDK response JSON, returned model, usage, Score legends and distinct native confidence values. It requires exact DSPy3.4.0/SDK0.7.0, explicit paid consent, zero SDK retries, disabled DSPy cache/history/tracking and pre-dispatch ManagedBackend budgets. No teacher Predict conversion is used for native target calls. New hierarchy proposals bind separate compile/runtime identities; old or altered reviewed manifests fail before provider construction and require fresh review.

CLI compile and flat/hierarchy selection use the compile client; run/evaluate and frozen held-out paths use the direct SDK. compile and all extras select the exact native profile; optimize keeps the verified3.3.1–3.4 teacher range.

Validation: full685 passed on DSPy3.4.0;667 passed18 native-version skips on3.3.1. Ruff and build passed. Independent adapter/wiring/dependency review passed. Fresh wheel verified51files/all4entrypoints, no-key flat/hierarchy demos and complete synthetic study journey. Runtime and adapter-module import isolation passed with no optional libraries loaded; frozen run routing retained directSDK. Tests cover actual offline SDK constructor, native payload/response preservation, retries/identity/consent/budgets, hierarchy reservations/settlement/resume/replay, and seven obsolete/tampered consent cases.

Retained verification failure: the historical dependency test required a broad DSPy range in all; it was updated to reflect the newly approved exact native profile while keeping the teacher-only range in optimize, then both full suites passed. No paid inference, private uploads, production activation or live provider qualification executed. Authored test results are synthetic software evidence.

Closes #91.
