catalog: list S02 (primitives) among the sources of every recipe #147
Description
Context
From the Opus review of #145 (comment 6071506008): 30 of the 60 catalog rows (ranks 8, 10, 11, 15–17, 19–21, 26–32, 36, 41–46, 49, 51, 52, 56, 58–60) do not list S02 (Primitives), although every recipe asks a typed Choice/Noul/Score question defined on that page, and tools/new_recipe.py scaffolds the README source bullets from the catalog list, so those recipes would ship without the page that defines their own primitive. Same shape as #142.
Acceptance
Add S02 to the sources of every row lacking it, keeping each list sorted by id and the file formatting (minimal diff, insertions only); python tools/render_catalog.py --check passes (README unchanged unless the renderer prints sources); tests/test_recipe_sources.py passes. Foundation issue; allowed paths catalog/recipes.json, README.md (renderer output only). Land before the affected recipes are briefed.

G147-1 — acceptance/dependency reconciliation. Current main c430155 has exactly30 recipes lacking S02: 8,10,11,15,16,17,19,20,21,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,36,41,42,43,44,45,46,49,51,52,56,58,59,60. #147 acceptance explicitly requires delivery before affected recipes are briefed. Fresh full-issue/native-relationship reads found all30 OPEN and no147 edges. Governance added blocked-by147 to all30, after each write read back147 present and every previous dependency preserved (including140/70/within-wave edges). No issue reopened, source edit, duplicate builder, merge or charged call. Existing primary w2:p1 builder owns147; a closed issue or open PR alone will not release the gate: genuine final-head Opus approval, current-main CI/pinned signed serial merge/exact-main verification required. Durable preflight and incremental receipts: goal-handoffs/01a11360-80ee-76e0-9140-aa243e1c959c-147-native-dependency-preflight.json and -147-native-dependency-write-receipts.json. Full60/authenticEACH/cumulative25/defaulttier/noFast/originalcutoffs unchanged.
