A[rows, cols] = blockon aPetscMat, fixes Block setindex! m[rows, cols] = matrix throws MethodError #248) and Add age tracking to PetscOptions #270 (PetscOptionsrecords its initialize/finalize cycle, so a stale options object is not destroyed on a later cycle) merged into v0.5 without an entry.LibPETSc.petsc_versionandPETSc.SUPPORTED_PETSC_VERSIONS(Support PETSc 3.25.x alongside 3.22.x on 0.4.x #266) for running on PETSc 3.22 and 3.25. v0.5 binds 3.25 only and does not have them;PETSc.check_wrappers_version(petsclib).installed_versionreturns the library version.The new bullets go at the end of their sections, so this merges with #273 (which adds a Fixed bullet further up) in either order.
