Move code rules into CODING_STANDARDS.md - #217

Conversation
CLAUDE.md is loaded into every session and should hold navigation, commands and facts. The security constraints, pre-commit checks, Git flow and the entity-field update rules move to CODING_STANDARDS.md, which /code-review reads on its Standards axis and which will link the shared standards copied from the vault.
…nces docs/coding-standards/ is the generated copy of the shared standards from the vault, listed in CODING_STANDARDS.md. CLAUDE.md names the project's references/ folder in the knowledge base once instead of listing vault paths.
