- .github/workflows/build-apk.yml: CI on push/PR to main, v* tags, and manual dispatch. Java 17 + Flutter 3.22.2, codegen, analyze + test gates, builds per-ABI and universal release APKs (Supabase creds via --dart-define secrets), uploads artifact, and publishes to a GitHub Release on tags.
- README.md: full rewrite with badges, table of contents, feature tour, APK download instructions, architecture map, build/CI docs, and security model.
