Fixes macOS parity capture skipping in CI:
PARITY_CAPTURE=1shell exports never reached the XCTest runner (test skipped, empty artifact). Useslaunchctl setenvplus argument fallbacks inNativeImageSnapshotSupport, and fails the script when no PNGs are written.Also:
import CompassKit+throwsontestExportParitySurfaces, workflow concurrency to cancel stale runs.VERDICT: PASS (local verify on macOS-touched paths; macOS capture is CI-only).
