What and why

Sign-in OAuth callbacks now emit the shared server oauth_callback PostHog event (same name as sync connect callbacks, with environment from #4722) on every hit to GET /auth/:provider/callback, including the SPA telemetry relay. Each capture includes provider, flow (signup/login from OAuth state), outcome, and a machine-readable reason on failures. PostHog capture is awaited before redirect responses so events are not dropped when the browser navigates away. OAuth state now carries signup vs login for server-side attribution; anon PostHog distinct ids in state still join to client oauth_redirect_started.
