fix(orchestrate): env-clean が zsh の補完キャッシュを数えない・run-log append は 40 桁 SHA だけ受け付ける (#3664) - #3668

… SHA だけ受け付ける (#3664) 決めたこと: - env-clean: home-entries から ~/.zcompdump と ~/.zcompdump.<host>.<pid> を名前の形（正規表現）で除く。 ignoredByConfig に残すのでレポートに名前は出る（レポートの行の見出しは envCleanIgnoreHomeEntries のまま）。 .zcompdump-<host>-<ver> や .zcompdump.bak など他の .zcompdump* 風の名前は違反のまま（陰性テスト）。 - run-log: 40 桁だけの検査は append サブコマンドの引数（--head / --work-head）に置く。短い SHA は exit 2 で 拒否し git rev-parse HEAD を案内。makeRecord（consistency-review.mjs など他のスクリプトが使う共通の検査）は 従来どおり 7〜40 桁を受け付ける。すでに書かれた 7 桁の行は status が読める。publish-pr.mjs は変えていない。 確かめたこと: env-clean-gate / run-log の単体テスト、tests/unit/guards, docs, scripts/orchestrate, tasks/orchestrate-consistency-review-3528、verification、skills、lint、tsc。 探した対象: run-log.mjs を import する scripts/orchestrate の precheck / pr-common / publish-pr / wait-verify / consistency-review / merge-pr（consistency-review は短い SHA で review を記録するため共通の検査を緩めたまま）。 tests の短い SHA は他に無かった。env-clean の同種の除外（DEMO_VITEST_HOME_ENTRY 以外）も無かった。 本文に無い指摘: なし Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
