This commit includes minor fixes to accommodate recent changes in the CEMS API data structure.

This commit introduces a new module, `ilcd_naming.py`, which provides functionality to apply ILCD naming conventions to process names. The `olca_jsonld_writer.py` file has been modified to incorporate this new functionality, where process names are updated during the JSON-LD cleaning process.
This commit modifies the cems_data.py module to account for an API change in the EPA CEMS data.
This module includes new methods to rollup elci processes
This module is still in progress
Most of the methods have been pushed to netlolca and should
be implemented in this module
This commit introduces a new module to roll-up eLCI processes. The final outcome would be an eLCI JSON-LD with only rolled up processes.
The method involves two options: 1) Roll-up everything or 2) Roll-up only consumption mix processes
Note - on the date of this commit 10/07/2026 - running this module depends on netlolca methods that live under the 'dev' branch.

Commits #[a08f859][9decae6] are a continuation of the effort to include ilcd naming in elci processes.
The latest commit introduces a new module for rolling up eLCI processes. The resulting eLCI JSON-LD contains only the rolled-up processes, with the corresponding eLCI configuration year appended to each process name.
This functionality supports the generation of rolled-up eLCI databases for different configuration years while maintaining consistent process naming.
